STEP ONE- The Planning Consultation
Planning your portrait in advance is the secret to attaining great results! We want to insure that your finished portraits are a true reflection of your personality and character. Be prepared to tell us about activities, sports, clubs, friends, church, music and everything else that is part of your life. This meeting will allow you time to see backgrounds, talk about locations, clothing, props, story or theme ideas you may have, and make-up. If you have any different ideas about your session, please tell us so we can discuss your desires and allow the session to have your personal touch. If possible, bring along some magazine images which illustrate the style of photography that appeals to you. We'll also briefly discuss print sizes, finishes, placement, and framing.

STEP TWO - The Portrait Session

Your portrait session will last approximately 20 minutes to 3 hours, depending on the locations and number of poses that you desire. Our friendly and flexible approach will ensure your portrait session is a relaxed and enjoyable occasion.
STEP THREE - Proofing & Ordering
A view & select meeting will be scheduled for a few days after your portrait session to review your images. This is a fun time as everyone sees themselves on our projection system. During this time we will narrow down the selections and determine the final size and finish of your portraits. Orders for enlargements, smaller reprints, custom frames and wall folios are also taken at this time.

For extended families that come together from out of the area for a portrait, your images can be uploaded to our web site and, with a password, be available to anyone for previewing online.
